Shipping Services
Trodat partners with Delhivery, one of India’s leading logistics providers, to deliver your orders safely and on time. Our shipping charges are calculated based on your package's weight and delivery location.

Shipping Costs
Weight-Based Shipping: Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s total weight and delivery address.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹2499 across India.

Delivery Time
Orders will typically be delivered within 8-14 business days, depending on your location. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations or under exceptional circumstances.

Note: Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next working day.

Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your shipment from dispatch to delivery, which is supported by Delhivery’s tracking system.

Order Issues
Delayed Deliveries: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@trodat.in. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, based on product availability.

Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this stage. For return requests, please visit our Returns Policy page to learn more about our process and eligibility requirements.
